National Center of Information and Documentation on disability 

has been operational at ADRF in Tirana, since 2001 (the first of its kind in Albania),  It aims at the orientation and empowering of people with disabilities, family members, their organizations, professionals and simultaneously at increasing awareness of the community and state structures in local and national level in support of the process of full  inclusion  of people with disabilities in the Albanian society.
Abundant, useful and updated information to bring significant changes in the lives of people with disabilities, lacking for many years in Albania, is now available in the Resource Center of ADRF.
ADRF Disability Resource Center collects, records, and disseminates information in the disability area;it also prepares materials and publications in the area of Disability (various information sheets, books, studies, roundtable and conference materials, video of events, spots, documentaries, etc..)
