Albanian Disability and Development Coalition Albanian Disability and Development Coalition (DDCA) represent a coalition established in June 2007, to protect the interests of persons with disabilities. The members of this coalition are organizations of human rights, organizations of persons with disabilities, disability service providers , academics, donors / development agencies, the institution of Ombudsman, community development organizations, business agencies, etc. and 26 organizations that have signed a cooperation agreement and have agreed to work together to promote and protect the rights of persons with disabilities in Albania. Persons with disabilities continue to be excluded from the community and international programs of national development. This coalition aims at changing that. More: www.ddca-al.org |
